Jen brings over 20 years experience in delivering outstanding customer care, and expert administrative management skills. Jen joined DFH Cathy Duncan & Associates over two years ago, and has since become a licensed Realtor®.  She is dedicated to all the behind the scenes tasks in the listing and selling of your property.  She handles everything from entering your property data into the MLS system to building your custom webpage within our website.  Jen actively books all realtor showings, seeks feedback and reports feedback to you, thus keeping in continuous contact with you through the closing of your sale.  She makes certain that your home is managed with great attention to all areas of the process, relaying legal documentation to lawyers, mortgage brokers, and the conveyancing department. Jen’s dedication to bringing excellence to our client service is an integral part of our team.
